Orders typically ship same day or next day, depending on the time of purchase. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship out on Monday, and anything placed on a holiday will go out the next available business day.
All orders ship from Vermont via USPS with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way!

Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces, all sales are final.
That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 3 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a fit issue, shipping damage, or something else unexpected, I’ll do my best to find a solution—whether that’s a repair, exchange, or adjustment.
Please note that I’m not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they leave my hands. If you’d like extra peace of mind, I always recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance at checkout.
